I have been a customer for 10 years now. Since Dr. Krug left, the office has severly gone down hill. I LOVE my dental hygienist and am sad that I won't get to see her again. I phoned to get in to see a dentist because I chipped a tooth. Whoever answered the phone was completely unprofessional and just kept telling me that they only had one dental assistant on staff. After asking 3 times "when" could they see me, I was told not until Wednesday. It's Thursday. I made a call to a different dentist and will be seen tomorrow. Epic fail on your part! Whoever is answering your phone should be relieved of duties immediately. This office used to be fabulous! It is a failure now.

Great experience. New to seeing this dentist as mine retired and everyone was very professional. I don’t have dental insurance and they made sure I knew what the cost would be. Appreciate how kind they were.

An amazing dentist especially for kids , my 11 year old son broke a tooth an was in alot of pain I called them after they accepted her insurance meridian they did they set up an appointment at 2:00 that day went in they took all fresh x-rays and decided to pull the tooth that day which was amazing because every other dentist has been doing x-rays and then tells us our insurance doesn't cover the actual dental work just x-rays but when you've had four x-rays how many more x-rays can you really need but they are an amazing dentist nice calm explains everything to them step by step and if they're scared they address it nice calm it's a really wonderful dentist for children they do adult also but for kids it's an amazing experience.

I called this office because my 16-year-old chipped a tooth while out of town and needed to be seen within 24 hours before leaving on Friday. I had chosen this practice specifically because of the positive reviews. When I spoke with Maritza, she told me he could be seen that day but that the work could not be guaranteed. I explained that same-day completion was not my concern, but that I needed clarity on whether the work could be completed before Friday. She repeated the same response without offering any additional information. When I asked to speak with someone else, she told me they would say the same thing. I asked to be transferred anyway. The second staff member I spoke with was helpful. She confirmed the same-day availability, was upfront that the work could not be guaranteed that day, and also let me know they were fully booked the following day. That one additional piece of information was exactly what I needed to make a decision. I thanked her sincerely. I want to be fair. I try not to read too much into phone tones. However, Maritza's delivery felt dismissive, and the information she provided was incomplete in a way that made an already stressful situation harder. The d

I had a great experience at Cottage Dental! The offices were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my hygienist, Sky, was awesome! She let me know what she was doing each step of the way and was so friendly. I saw Dr. P also and she was easy to understand and knowledgeable. She explained details of my upcoming procedure and was welcoming. I had been looking for a new dentist office and they check all the boxes!!
